Tim Overton promoted to Professor
We are delighted to congratulate BARRIER investigator Tim Overton on his promotion to Professor at the University of Birmingham
Tim’s research focuses on understanding how bacteria respond and adapt to their environment, with particular expertise in bacterial physiology and the use of techniques such as flow cytometry and microscopy. Within BARRIER, his work contributes to understanding how bacterial membrane permeability and efflux influence antimicrobial accumulation and resistance.
